If you are based in Vancouver, BC or somewhere in the Lower Mainland, Small Business BC has partnered up with WorkSafe BC to offer up a full month of free seminars. For the month of June, all seminars are free (they usually are $49+ per session). There is a wide range of seminars that talk about starting up your business and how to grow your small business. Topics range from business planning to marketing strategy to industry regulations to finance and accounting.
You can attend the seminars virtually (webinar) or in-person at their downtown office. If you can’t make any of the seminars, they offer seminars at a nominal cost every month. They also have a ton of resources on the Small Business BC webpage as well.
I’ll be heading to a couple of them myself! Maybe I will see you there?!?!?! I’m not sure how full the sessions are so I would register right away if you are interested in any of the topics.
